Grouping: 
  • Class and group activity ( Activity 1)
  • Individual and group activity (Activity 2)
Objectives: 
  • To practice interrogative form of Past simple tense.
Activities:
  • Activity 1:  Here you have 3 cards with 3 questions about my break time during Easter. Read the questions and guess which one is the wrong answer in groups of 4. You have 2 minutes to do it.


  • Activity 2:  Now it's time to think and write 3 questions about you with one wrong answer. The topic of the questions is about your spring holidays. Use your notebook to do the activity. Then you will ask your questions to your group. 



2. LET'S TALK

Grouping
  • small groups of four or five students
Objectives:
  • To practice the affirmative and interrogative forms of Past simple tense
  • To talk about what you did during last weekend or last holidays
Activities
  • Step 1: Make groups of 4 or 5 and pick up a tablet. Click here  to play the game. (You will need the regular and irregular verbs lists to answer the questions.)
  • Step 2: Once you have answered one question click on eliminar bottom. 
  • Step 3: Play until you have answered all the questions. 
  • When you finish, come back to your place in silence and wait for the rest of the class.
